What we collect
Details you give us through the enquiry form, early-access sign-up, email, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, email, phone number, project information). For Project Vault users: account email, sign-in records and project documents shared with you.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services under contract, provide Project Vault access, and send PJX launch updates if you asked for them.
Legal basis
Your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who host our website, email and systems, with project team members where needed to deliver a commission, or where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless they lead to a commission; project records are kept for the period required by contract and law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for updates at any time, by emailing info@tanhatu.com.
Security
Project Vault is password-protected and limited to approved stakeholders; sign-ins are logged.
Applicable law
The Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] of Zimbabwe and, where applicable, the data protection laws of the country where you are based.
